In accordance with current regulations on e-commerce and distance contracting, users are hereby informed of the following cancellation terms applicable to hammock reservations:
Cancellations must be requested at least 7 calendar days in advance of the reserved date to be eligible for a refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the reason.
Reservations made less than 7 days prior to the service date are non-refundable.
Any modification or cancellation must be made exclusively by contacting the customer service phone number: +34 687 893 608.
If the cancellation is made within the permitted period, the amount paid will be refunded within 24 to 48 business hours from the confirmation of the cancellation, using the same payment method used for the reservation.
